Hotel as a whole is comfortable, I appreciated it.

The staff are professional people. The ambiance is quiet. Its rooms are well-equipped with tub and so many bugs, for instance for a very very good stay.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, with easy access to downtown. Also, conveniently located next to a big grocery store.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

The room was airy and clean, had essentials, like a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. A handy kitchenette was ok for me.

The hotel was reasonably clean, the room was updated and fairly quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. The venue was in a marvellous and awesome position next to a large grocery store, and 28th and airport. Actually everything was GREAT, my next choice again in Grand Rapids.

I got great value for my money with a full kitchen suite at a great price. The room was new and modern, with a TV that allowed me to log into my streaming services. The hotel staff were friendly and the location was convenient, being only a 10-minute drive from downtown.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better was improving the quality of the food.

Had a really relaxing time at this place 😌. It's such a beautiful hotel situated perfectly close to downtown. Being near 28th Street and the airport is super convenient with all the nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

The studio suite was airy. the hotel was conveniently located near a large grocery store, restaurants, and Grand Rapids downtown. - Patterson Ice Center was only 2 miles away from the hotel.

During my stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. The showerhead was secure and there was no sign of any mold. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to a nearby store and just a short drive from the airport. It was also surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to amenities. Furthermore, the hotel had a well-equipped workout room and a pool, which was a nice added bonus. Finally, the breakfast offered a great variety of food, including delicious waffles, turkey products, and eggs with cheese. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay.

Our stay at Towneplace Suites was a great value for our money, with a clean and well-equipped room that allowed us to cook our own meals. The location was convenient for airport access and being next to a large grocery store was a bonus. The staff treated us kindly and check-in was a breeze.
